These Terms and Conditions govern your use of khatorepharma.com (the “website”) and any purchase you make from Khatore Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. (“Khatore”, “we”, “us”), P.O. Barbil, Dt. Keonjhar, Odisha, India. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to place an order. Products for minors must be ordered by a parent or guardian.

2. Product information and health guidance

Our products are Ayurvedic formulations. Information on this website is for general information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Results vary from person to person. Please read the label and consult a qualified healthcare practitioner before use, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Use products only as directed.

We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately. Packaging may change from time to time, and colours on screen may differ slightly from the actual product.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) for customers in India and in US Dollars or another applicable currency for customers outside India, based on the country detected for your visit. Where a price is marked as including taxes and shipping, no further charges are added at checkout. Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed at checkout is the price you pay for that order.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it after successful payment. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund of any amount paid, if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or product information, or if we suspect fraud or misuse.

5. Payment

Payments are made through third-party payment gateways (such as PayU and PayPal). By paying, you also agree to the gateway's own terms. We do not store your card, UPI or bank details.

6. Shipping, cancellations and refunds

Delivery, cancellation, return and refund terms are set out in our Refund and Shipping Policy, which forms part of these terms.

7. International orders

For orders shipped outside India, you are responsible for making sure the products may lawfully be imported and used in your country, and for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged on delivery unless stated otherwise at checkout.

8. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, including by attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose. Information you provide must be accurate and complete.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images, videos, logos and product names, belongs to Khatore Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our written permission.

10. Third-party links

The website contains links to third-party websites and services such as WhatsApp, YouTube and Amazon. We are not responsible for their content, policies or services.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Khatore is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Odisha, India, without affecting your rights to approach a consumer forum.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
