Refund and Shipping Policy

This policy explains how Khatore Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. (“Khatore”, “we”, “us”) ships orders placed on khatorepharma.com, and how cancellations, returns and refunds are handled.

1. Shipping

• We ship from P.O. Barbil, Dt. Keonjhar, Odisha, India, to addresses in India and internationally.
• Orders are dispatched after payment is confirmed, through courier and postal partners including DHL, FedEx, ShipGlobal, India Post.
• Delivery times depend on your location and the courier. Any delivery estimate given is a guide, not a guarantee, and may be affected by courier delays, customs clearance, public holidays or events outside our control.
• Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown at checkout before you pay. Where a price is marked as including shipping, no separate shipping charge is added.
• Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect details.

2. International orders

Customs duties, import taxes and fees charged by the destination country are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout. Customers are responsible for checking that the products may be imported into their country. Orders refused or held at customs because of local import rules are not eligible for a refund of shipping costs.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched by contacting us with your order details. A cancelled order is refunded in full. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

4. Returns

For reasons of safety and hygiene, health products that have been opened, used, or had their seal broken cannot be returned. We accept returns or offer a replacement only where:

• the product arrived damaged or leaking;
• you received the wrong product; or
• the product was past its expiry date on delivery.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos of the product and packaging. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We will tell you how to return the item if a return is needed.

5. Refunds

• Once a cancellation or eligible return is approved, the refund is processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
• After processing, the time taken for the amount to reach your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
• For international orders, the refunded amount may differ slightly because of currency conversion or fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
