Data Deletion

You can ask Khatore Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. to delete the personal data we hold about you. This includes data from enquiries, orders, emails and WhatsApp messages, including WhatsApp messages and contact details we receive through Meta (Facebook / WhatsApp).

How to ask

1. Email support@khatorepharma.com with the subject “Please delete my data”.
2. Tell us the name, email address and/or phone number (with country code) you used with us.
3. We may reply to confirm the request comes from you before we delete anything.

What we do

• We delete your personal data within 30 days of your request and email you when it is done.
• We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and tax records, for as long as the law requires. We do not use it for anything else.
• To stop WhatsApp messages from us at any time, reply STOP on WhatsApp.
